GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

SINGLE RESERVATIONS:
1.Any reservation up to a maximum of 2 rooms will be considered a SINGLE RESERVATION.
2.To guarantee the reservation Hotel Dávila Spa** will ask the Customer his bank card details (by e-mail or phone) and no charge will be made in advance. Spa Hotel Dávila** reserves the right to verify its validity. If the card is refused by the client´s entity, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation, informing the customer if possible. The hotel will NEVER request the security code (CVV) on the back of your card, therefore you should never provide this information.
3. Spa Hotel Dávila** will send the Customer the confirmation of the reservation by e-mail within 24 hours, provided the customer has provided his e-mail address.
4. The confirmation shall serve as the sole justification for the reservation.
5. Payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel. Accepted cards are VISA, 4B and MASTER CARD.

PENALTY FOR CANCELLATION OF SINGLE RESERVATIONS:
Low season (from 1 October to 31 May):
•No penalty: if the reservation is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance (before 12.00h). • Penalty of 1 night: if the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance (after 12.00h), or if the customer does not show up (no show).
High season (from 1 June to 30 September):

• No penalty: if the reservation is cancelled at least 15 days in advance (before 12.00h).

• Penalty of 1 night: if the reservation is cancelled before 7 days (before 12.00h).

• Penalty of 100% of the reservation: if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days before the arrival (after 12.00h), or if the customer does not show up (no show).
• In case of cancellation without penalty, if there are advance payments, they will be refunded by the same means of payment.
• The bank charges generated by cancellation of reservations will be in charge of the customer. In the event that the Spa Hotel Dávila** communicates the cancellation of the reservation for reasons of force majeure, understanding by such those circumstances unrelated to whom invoke them, abnormal and unpredictable, the consequences of which could not have been avoided despite having acted with due diligence, the reservation shall be cancelled without the right to claim or compensation from the customer, except the refund of the amount paid on account.
Hotel Spa Davila
GROUP RESERVATIONS:
1. Any reservation up to a minimum of 3 rooms shall be considered a GROUP RESERVATION.
2. To guarantee your reservation, Balneario Hotel Dávila** will ask the Customer to pay 100% of the total services requested. 
3. Payment shall be made by means of Deposit in bank account or Bank Transfer. The Customer will have 24 hours to make the payment and send a copy of the bank receipt or the bank transfer slip via e-mail. 
Spa Hotel Dávila**, after receiving the deposit or transfer, will send to the Customer the confirmation of the reservation by e-mail within 24 hours, provided the customer has provided his e-mail address. 
The confirmation shall serve as the sole justification for the reservation. 
In case of late payment, Spa Hotel Dávila can refuse the prebooking and have the rooms.
PENALTY FOR CANCELLATION OF GROUP RESERVATIONS: 
Low season (from 1 October to 31 May):
• No penalty: if the reservation is cancelled at least 10 days in advance (before 12.00h). • 100% penalty of the reservation: if the reservation is cancelled less than 10 days in advance (after 12.00h), or if the Customer does not show up (no show).
High season (from 1 June to 30 September):
• No penalty: if the reservation is cancelled at least 15 days in advance (before 12.00h).
• Penalty of 100% of the reservation: if the reservation is cancelled within 15 days before the arrival (after 12.00h), or if the customer does not show up (no show).
In the event of cancellation without penalty, the advance payments shall be refunded by the same means of payment.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES. 
CHECK-IN: will be from 14:00 hours. CHECK-OUT: will be before 12.00 hours. 
LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY: Whoever damages the building, furniture or inventory is responsible to the law within the framework of the regulations in force (this is especially valid for the responsible attendant of groups and for the organizers). Robbery and wilful misconduct will be reported immediately. Costs to replace any damage or loss of keys are charged to customers. The user undertakes to use the services in accordance with the law, morals, good manners and public order, as well as with the provisions of these Terms and/or General Conditions of engagement. Consequently, you are obliged not to use the services, for unlawful purposes or effects and/or contrary to the provisions of these Terms and/or General Conditions of Contract, infringing the rights and/or interests of third parties or in any way, they can damage the services, Hotel Dávila Spa and/or your image 
WARRANTY OF SERVICES: The Spa Hotel Dávila** guarantees the quality of the services to be provided, in accordance with its official category and it is responsible for all complaints that may arise as a result of proven deficiencies in its services. 
COMPLAINTS FORMS: Spa Hotel Dávila* has complaints forms available to customers. In accordance with the regulations in force, the submission of complaints may be made only upon payment of the services. 
PRICES: Prices are only valid in writing and for the period indicated in the email.Prices include VAT according to the tax rate applicable at the time of booking. If the tax rate changes between the date of the reservation and the date of entry, the tax rate to be applied on the final price shall be that applicable at the time of the delivery of services, even if it causes an increase in relation to the final price indicated to the customer during the booking. 
OFFERS: The offers will be valid only during the period set by the Spa Hotel Dávila** in advertising, or failing that, for as long as they are accessible to the customers for their effective contracting and under availability. 
 PRIVACY POLICY: At Spa Hotel Dávila** is obliged to comply with the rules on the processing of personal data, specifically with Organic Law 15/1999, on the Protection of Personal Data, and development regulations. The Hotel will process the data of its clients in an automated way and guarantee that the files where the information is contained, where applicable, they are of full responsibility and shall be duly declared in the General Registry of the Data Protection Agency. The client can exercise his right of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, writing to the data controller and holder of the files that are in the Spa Hotel Dávila**. 
SERVICES AND RESERVATIONS: When filling in the service and reservation form, each owner authorizes the Spa Hotel Dávila** to use and treat in an automated way the personal data supplied in order to proceed to the reservation requested to the Hotel. 
PETS: Pets are not allowed. 
IDENTIFICATION: Every guest is obliged to register by providing identity documents at the check-in. 
Spa Hotel Dávila 
OBLIGATION OF INFORMATION: It is the obligation of the guests to inform the hotel administration of contagious diseases, deaths, offences or crimes that occur in the establishment and are known to them, to enable the company to take proper action and to report immediately to the authority where appropriate. 
SILENCE AND RESPECT TO THE REST OF CUSTOMERS AND HOTEL PERSONNEL: From 22.00 hours in all rooms the sound volume must be moderated. Also respect the night silence in the corridors and on the stairs. From 24.00 hours, the silence will be absolute. Any annoying action, of any kind, for other users should be avoided. It is forbidden to hold celebrations or parties in the Hotel without the permission of the management. 
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited on site. Illegal use of toxic drugs, narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances is also prohibited. This violation shall be immediately reported to the Security Forces. 
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME: The Check-in time will be from 14.00h to 18.00h. If the time of entry is later than 18.00h, the user must inform the establishment of the time of arrival. If not, the hotel will be able to dispose of the room from 18.00h, being the reservation cancelled automatically (no show). The mandatory departure time is 12.00h maximum. If the client leaves later, the establishment may ask him to pay one more night’s stay as a penalty 
HOTEL STAY: Customer visitors will not be able to stay overnight. Nor can you occupy the room with more clients than permitted by law. All guests must be duly registered at the hotel. No person who is not registered can enjoy the facilities of Balneario Hotel Dávila**. The hotel may not be used as a venue for commercial transactions without prior authorization from the managament. 
ROOMS: The double rooms are with two beds (twin), which can be placed together or separated. If it is essential for the user that the situation of the beds be in a specific way, we advise him to let us know at the time of booking. 
ROOM CLEANING: Room cleaning will be done in the morning, from 9:00 to 14:00. Guests who do not make their rooms available during these hours will not have the room cleaned, although they will be able to replace amenities and towels. 
SECURITY MEASURES: Keep your valuables away from anyone’s reach. If you have any valuables, put them in the reception safe. 
COMPLIANCE WITH THE HOTEL STANDARDS: In case of violation of one or more of the above conditions, the Spa Hotel Dávila* has the right to immediately terminate the accommodation agreement.The customer is also obliged to pay for all accommodation days set in the reservation
AMENDMENT OF TERMS AND/OR GENERAL CONDITIONS: Spa Hotel Dávila reserves the right to modify these Terms and/or General Conditions of engagement.
